Easy to schedule and fast service

Came in for service to get an oil change and you’re supposed to do full service that they did not do on my vehicle and the service writer came out and told me that I needed an air filter and a cabin air filter so I asked him how much and he said $80 for the air filter $80 for the cabin air filter. Then I asked the service writer you already have the air filter box apart so you still wanna charge me $80 to drop a new one in there and screw back the for screws that you already have a part that’s a little bit absurd, come to find . I changed it myself the next day when I pop my hood, there was not a fingerprint on the air box or a mark on the bolts so I don’t understand how they can tell me that I needed a new air filter besides going off the percentage on my dash and it was still at 55% like I said before I changed the air filter. I could still see plenty of daylight through the air filter, and it was barely dirty not happy with the service at department or the technician. I will not be back to the dealership for another oil, change or service.
